Music Fresno's online store will sell your CDs and DVDs and handle running the credit card sale from your buyer. Then, we reply to the buyer with an e-mail to acknowledge that their card has cleared and that their product will be shipped by you, the artist. We add $3 for shipping and handling to each sale. You determine the selling price of your CDs and DVDs when you add a new CD or DVD to the MusicFresno.com web site.

You receive a copy of the e-mail order so you have a hard copy reference and heads up that a sale has taken place. After we run the credit card draft we email you, as well, to let you know that it is "OKAY TO SEND THE ORDER." In the event that a card is bad, we contact the buyer for you and give them an option to submit a different card number for processing. Again, you are emailed a copy of all communications to keep you in the loop.

We assess a nominal 15% fee to conduct this service. Three or four times a month, on the average, we process all payments to you, the artist. We mail you a check for what is due to you. The check has the name of the shopper in the memo field so that you can easily track each sale. Here is an example:

• Your CD is listed for $15
• Add $3 for S&H
• Total sale is $18
• Less our fee (15%)
• We mail you a check for $15.30

It is a very simple process and a great way for you to increase your sales and expose your fine work to many music lovers.
